We have some exciting news today…

Although most of our client base still resides here in Honduras (American executives working for Transnational Companies who decide live here) , we also have a growing clientele that’s both the United States as well as Canada. 

And because of that, we’ve decided to reach out … spread our wings a bit more … and take our real estate show/message on the road!

As you know, the primary focus here at Roatan Real Estate is to provide great realtor services and wealth-building opportunities for our buyers. 

The main way we do that?  By finding, negotiating, and securing deals that have lots of equity, positive cash flow, and/or great long-term growth potential. 

And we do this by first studying market trends, demographics, financial statements/projections, etc., and then building teams and alliances with key people in Roatan Island markets that have the greatest potential.

Once a new/top listing is identified, we then fuel our MLS machine with full-blown marketing and prospecting a system that includes direct marketing; online marketing; establishment of an affiliate and broker referral network; tapping into existing banking, institutional, and asset manager relationships; joint ventures; and more.

This provides deal flow.  Which invariably produces good deals. 

And once we have a good deal secured, that’s when we offer them to our clients as either a joint venture, a private lending opportunity, or a simple purchase.

That’s our primary focus, in a nutshell.  And that’s basically what I’ll be talking about at these “Real Estate Roundtables” which we’ll be conducting at various events and showings here in the island. 

The theme and title of these 2-days roundtables will be …

Creating Wealth in Roatan Real Estate

… and the main topics will be:

  • How we’re selling properties (both beachfront residential and commercial) starting at $150,000 dollars … and how you can buy it.
  • Gaining access to dozens of insider, “off-market” deals
  • How to become a Private Money Investor and earn amazing returns on your money just like a bank – with no tenants, toilets, or landlording hassles to ever worry about.
  • How to be a passive, Smart Buyer Investor and still get whopping returns on your money as a Buyer and Seller – earning by Differential Price Strategy with very little risk.

After all, Yes, it was my choice to read, however I really thought you would have something useful to talk about. All I hear is a bunch of crying about something that you can fix if you weren’t too busy seeking attention.
